Head Chef Rex is busting with passion for food and has been the star of the Bay Tree kitchen since it opened almost 20 years ago. Having lived all over the Far East, he grew up eating meals around the table with his family and loves the sociable nature of sharing a meal. It’s an atmosphere he strives to recreate in the restaurant.
